Refund Policy

The promise — 7 days, no questions
If Surbhi doesn't work for you, we'll refund your money. You have 7 calendar days from the purchase date to request a refund. We will refund 100% of the license fee.
How to request a refund
- Email billing@suninfosys.in with the subject line "Refund — [your invoice number]"
- Include the email address used to purchase, the order ID from Razorpay or Stripe, and a brief reason (optional but helpful for us)
- We acknowledge within 1 business day and refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
What you get back
- Full refund of the license fee paid
- Refund includes the GST you paid (we will issue a credit note)
- Razorpay/Stripe transaction fees we incurred are not refunded — these are typically 2–3% of the transaction
What happens to your license
Once we process the refund, we revoke the license. The Surbhi Admin Panel will stop functioning on your machines after the next license check (typically within 24 hours). Your existing data (captures, configurations) is not deleted by us — it stays on your machines under your control.
Conditions
To qualify for the refund:
- Request must be received within 7 calendar days of the purchase date
- License must not have been activated on more than 3 production machines (we consider this "extended commercial use")
- Original purchase must have been made directly through
surbhi.suninfosys.inor our authorized resellers - Subscription renewals are refundable within 7 days of the renewal charge
What's not refundable
- Add-on services already delivered (e.g., on-site installation)
- Custom branding work that has been completed and delivered
- Subscription periods more than 7 days into the term (you may cancel auto-renewal anytime — see below)
Cancelling auto-renewal
For annual subscriptions: you can cancel auto-renewal anytime from your Razorpay subscription dashboard or by emailing billing@suninfosys.in. The license remains valid until the end of the current paid period — we don't pro-rate after the 7-day window.
Disputes
If you're unhappy with our refund decision, email sanjeev@suninfosys.in and we'll personally review the case. Most disputes resolve within a week.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. Chargebacks cost us bank fees and trigger automated platform penalties — we'd much rather refund you directly. If we receive a chargeback without prior contact, we'll dispute it.
